You can read this website without an account. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

If you choose a light or dark theme, your choice is saved in a cookie called las_theme on your device. It isn't linked to you and you can clear it at any time.

Like every website, our hosting provider handles your IP address to deliver pages to you. We don't store it.

Staff sign in to the portal with Roblox. When you sign in, Roblox shares your public profile with us (the openid and profile scopes). We store:

• your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar image link;
• the role and job title an admin gave you;
• a scrambled (hashed) copy of your session token, never the token itself, and when the session was used;
• a scrambled (hashed) copy of your IP address, used only to limit repeated sign-in attempts;
• a record of the changes you make in the portal (for example publishing an article), so admins can see who changed what.

We never receive your Roblox password. Sessions end after 30 days, or after 7 days without use. Expired sessions are deleted automatically.

If you'd like to know what we hold about you, or want it removed, contact the portal admins through our Discord server. Removing you from the staff list signs you out everywhere straight away.
